In this narrative I am going to give you seven reasons you should visit Thailand. It is a beautiful country and has a lot to offer. I have been there twice already and I have to say it was a life changing sense for me.

My estimate one conjecture to visit would have to be the beautiful beaches. You are surely spoilt for option and it is surely up to you which ones you go to. Some of the most beautiful ones that I have seen are on the island of Ko Pha Ngan, south of the mainland.

2. The People

You will find that the Thai habitancy are very kindly and welcoming. Thailand is often called "The Land Of Smiles" and it surely does live up to its name. If you visit Thailand you will be sure to make a lot of new friends.

3. The Atmosphere

Thailand has a unique climate that is very laid back. You can take your time to enjoy the surroundings and take things at your own pace. This is another thing that makes Thailand so special.

4. The Food

Thai food is delicious and highly healthy. You will find that you rarely will want to cook because the food is so affordable you can just eat out whenever you like. There is a wide range of seafood, noodles and rice dishes. You can eat at local markets, food stalls and restaurants. There are plentifulness of options for you to choose from!

5. The Temples

Thailand has some magnificent temples that you can visit during the day. Some of the most spectacular ones are in the capitol city of Bangkok but there are many others all nearby the country.

6. The Nightlife

If you like to party than Thailand could be the place for you. There is always something going on either you are in Bangkok or staying on one of the islands. There are normally posters in any place letting you know what is happening and when.

7. The Adventure

I saved the best until last. The most thoughprovoking thing about Thailand is that you never know what will happen next. It is one big adventure from the wee you arrive. I think this is what will keep me advent back again and again. You surely have to sense it for yourself!

The Schengen trade is a treaty aiming towards the abolition of coarse borders of states in Europe that was signed on 14 June 1985. Only France, Luxembourg, Belgium, Netherlands and West Germany initially signed, but now there are already about 25 members. Now, this group of states is known as the Schengen area.

In consonance with the above mentioned agreement, the Schengen visa has been created. This is in a form of a sticker affixed by the issuing consulate onto the passport or trip document which authorizes the holder to cross borders in Schengen area on health that he/she met the entry conditions.

Schengen visa has any categories: A, B, C, D, D+C, Ftd and Frtd. In Thailand, it is Schengen visa "C" that is popularly applied for because it serves as a short term visa allowing the holder to visit Schengen states for a maximum duration of 90 days in a six month period.

Schengen Visa Application

All consulates of members of the Schengen area are allowed to issue Schengen visas. However, an applicant should file his/her application with the allowable consulate. There are three rules to identify which is consulate may receive the request.

First, if he/she wants to visit a Schengen country, he/she needs to apply before the consulate of that particular country.

Second, when any Schengen states are intended to be visited, the consulate of the main destination may issue the visa. For example, the applicant wants to go to Belgium and France, but the intended stay in France is longer, hence, the French Consulate is the allowable consulate to grant the visa.

Third, if the applicant is not sure which country will be his/her main destination, the accepted consulate is that of the country of first entry.

Lastly, when there is no consulate for the country that is the main destination or the first entry in the applicant's country, he/she may taste the consulate of a Schengen country, which represents, for the purpose of issuing Schengen visa, the country of original destination or first entry.

The documentary requirements vary depending on the Schengen consulate and purpose of the visit. The accepted papers important to requests for this type of visa for all consulates are valid passport, new photograph, application form, and proof of curative insurance. The minimum guarnatee coverage is Eur30,000.00.
